Positive: The house was beautiful, clean, and had all of the ameneties you could want. The view of the ocean off the deck was one of the highlights of our trip. We found ourselves wanting to end activities early so that we could return to sit on the deck and watch the waves.

Negative: The only downside to the property is that you are probably ~ 40 minutes from most of the attractions you may want to visit. We felt that this trade-off was worth it based on the incredible ocean views right off your deck. But something to be aware of that may or may not work for you depending on your needs.
