Positive: Friendly staff and good location.

Negative: Previously stayed over, they accommodated me with the breakfast, having to leave early for work. Apparently new owners, didnt see it the same way, paid for it, didnt receive it and couldnt opt out of it either. Was told that I accepted it in the T's & C's, like I had an option not to agree and then still book the accomodation.

Summary: Unfortunately, I will not return.

Positive: From the beautiful, serene, well-kept surroundings to the comfortable rooms, exquisite breakfast, and very polite staff, Hagios House is indeed a great place to escape the city. We were so privileged to meet the owner who gave us a touching history of how the house was built. I must make mention that the owner paid attention to every detail! The house gives the impression that one has stepped into a different era. One where time pauses to allow you to enjoy the moment fully. It is a must for people with an artistic eye, a love for nature and lovers of Bridgerton! Nosipho is always around to make your stay comfortable. Not once did our children want to switch on the TV during our stay! They just wanted to explore the beautiful surroundings and talk to Polly the parrot! It is also well situated near In shere, Lynton's corner and other malls. We are so grateful for such a wonderful stay and are certainly going back.

Negative: That we had to leave when we did. We still wanted to stay.Indeed we shall be going back.

Positive: Very spacious in the pool room. Nice layout for breakfast and staff were excellent.

Negative: Parking was far from rooms and not pleasant in the rain walking on wet grass. Quality of TP should have been better. Would have preferred an extra 30 mins for the breakfast time.
