Positive: Attention to details, and they provided helpful information about my travels, which was nice of them. The place is neat and clean. The breakfast was amazing.

Negative: If they can fix the issue of having to pay at the location, because it's confusing that's I put it my payment details on the app thinking I paid but the money doesn't go through and they asked one to pay again , it causes confusion.
