Positive: Beautiful views and a great location on the lake. Plenty of room for our family of 5 with 3 teenagers. We loved it! Hope to return.

Negative: The description could have been more clear that we were renting a downstairs unit. It wasn't until confirmation of the reservation that I realized that. It wasn't a problem at all for us, but the stairs are steep and not well lighted at times (the motion sensor light is at the bottom of the stairs, so not super helpful when your at the top going down at night.) That really is my only concern, the unit itself was just as pictured and the porch area overlooking the lake was great! We enjoyed the sunrise over the mountain every morning.

Positive: The apartment was big with lots of space for our family to spread out. And so many necessities were included, we didn't need to get anything extra. The view was great and we really enjoyed the extra activities at Lake Junoluska.

Negative: This is very minor, but the dvd player probably needs cleaned, every movie we played was skipping.

Negative: Didn't realize it was a down stairs unit until after we booked it. Needs to be stated clearer in the description No problem for us but older renters might have a problem. We would rent it again.

Positive: Location convenient to shopping and local downtown area. Hot water and water pressure. Nice deck off the living area, spacious, quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors.

Negative: Entrance down steep stairs on lower level which was not specified in the description. It was not thoroughly cleaned there was dry dog food dropping gs and spider webs I. The living area. The kitchen utensils were dated and some rusty. Plenty of dishes but not organized and some not clean.
