Positive: The landlord was very friendly.

Negative: The landlord evidently did not review our booking and we weren't given the apartment we reserved (something I only realized later). We instead were given a downgraded apartment. The aircon in our apartment failed and I was moved to an alternative apartment, much smaller, with a mattress that had finished it's useful life a long time ago, and which resulted in a sleepless night. With a bit more care and upkeep it could have been a nice stay.

Negative: Lack of English would have been a problem if I was not travelling with my Hebrew speaking friend.
