An ideal spot to connect with friends and family in S.E. Boise and only two blocks from Bown Crossing where you will find restaurants and shops and easy access to the Boise River. This condo is in an ideal location – close to the river, the foothills, restaurants, shops, coffee shops, grocery stores and much more all within walking distance. You will have the entire freshly remodeled condo to yourself with a queen bed in the master and a twin bed with trundle (sleeps 2 total), desk and hidden ½ bath in the second bedroom. Perfect for working from home or traveling with one or two children. Ideal for visiting your BSU student and having a nice spot for them to spend the night. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking great meals which you can enjoy on a spacious dining room table. There is super-fast WIFI and large screen TV. This unit has a private backyard with a desk and bistro table where you can enjoy beautiful mornings and afternoons or dinner outside. This condo is so comfortable you won't want to leave!
House Rules:
*Quiet Hours are between 9pm – 8am.
*There cannot be more than 6 people in or on the property at one time and no more than 4 occupants overnight.
*We do offer late check out and early check in, when possible, for a modest additional fee for our cleaners. An unplanned late check out really affects our cleaner's schedule. If you do not arrange a late checkout in advance, there is a $55 fee. If you do not checkout by noon, you will be charged an additional night's stay.
*This is a non-smoking house. $500 smoke mitigation fee will apply if smoking of any variety is found.
*Please remove shoes when entering the home to protect the flooring and reduce dirt intrusion.
*No pets of any kind are allowed. If discovered any pets will need to be immediately removed and a pet mitigation charge of $500 will apply.
*Events (like a baby shower, reception, birthday party, etc) are not allowed. Unauthorized events will be subject to a minimum charge of $1500. Additional charges for damage may also apply.
*Friendly reminder to please use the provided black towel for face make-up. So many of our towels and pillowcases are stained by oil based make-up and our professional laundry service can't even bust these stains. We appreciate you helping us conserve our linens.
*Sometimes it's hard to know what sound level is too much so we use a noise monitoring device. It won't invade your privacy because it does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it only monitors the ambient noise level (measured in decibels). If it goes off, it gives us a chance to warn you that your sound level is such that it could upset our neighbors.
*There is also a Ring camera system to monitor the outside of the home.
*If a failure to follow the house rules impacts the next guest's stay and causes us to need to discount or refund that next guest you agree to be responsible for the resulting cost.

Summary: The property was exactly what we needed. It was an older home that was super clean and had been updated very nicely. Communication was outstanding with check in and checkout. We would stay there again.

Summary: The inside of the property was very nice and clean. Quiet neighborhood very close to where we could visit family. We would stay here again. The outside needed some attention and we let the manager know and he seemed eager to attend to this. Recommend instructions on checking out be provided at the property as we left early without the check out info.

Summary: Overall, the rental home provided acceptable amenities for an older, smaller property. The home was part of a one-story three-plex (end unit). My arrival was disrupted by not being able to open the lockbox, as I was given the wrong code. Had to contact the property operator to get right code. Home was clean inside but had a few things that needed repair (bathroom door sticks and towel holder near bathroom sink starting to detach from wall. Yard and patio area were poorly landscaped and kept. It would be nice if owner provided some writing materials (paper pad & pencils) so one can write down information. Was communicating with realtor and had nothing to write property addresses on. Overall, thought it was a little over-priced for what you received. Acceptable but nothing to write home about.
