Positive: House was fully stocked and very clean
Negative: Grounds crew showed up at 8:15 am right outside the open sliding door to the bedroom with mowers and blowers and worked for 2.5 hrs. The house manual noted work would start at 10:00, which would have been far less disturbing. Not a nice way to wake up and have breakfast.
