Positive: The apartment is in the residential area, quiet and safe. A few minutes walk from Santa Rita station, and the Consum supermarket is just a few meters away from the apartment. The room is basic but clean, and the bed is comfy. The bathroom is outside the room, but it's only for the tenant of the room, which is good. The kitchen is well equipped and free to use. Feli is very friendly and briefed me about the apartment upon arrival. She lives in the apartment but respects the privacy and personal space of the tenants.

Negative: Nothing major and nothing to do with the apartment itself. The metro that goes to the closest station to the apartment (Santa Rita) runs at alternate frequency, meaning one may need to wait for 15-20min longer for the metro that passes Santa Rita if we miss the last one. Alternatively, all metro stop at Paterna, which is one stop before Santa Rita and is 15min walk away if one doesn't mind a bit of walking.

Positive: The place is nice and cosy with brand new bathroom and kitchen. There are places to eat at walking distance and it is very quiet at night. You will be welcomed by Feli who is extremely nice and always ready to help.

Negative: Unfortunately when we were there the area was full of construction in the street which made it sometimes difficult to park. But everything should be finished soon and it will add even more pleasure to be at this place.

Positive: The owner was very helpful and kind. At home was very clean, she took care about every detail. In the kitchen and bathroom was everything what is needed. From the flat is 300m~ to metro. Is very convinience approach to the city center. From the station (Paterna)it takes around 20min. I really recommend the place.
