Summary: When we arrived we were really impressed with Lobby and pool area - it’s a beautiful hotel. Check in had quite a big Q - not sure why they haven’t introduced on line check in as that would have made the process quicker. Rooms are a little dated but very clean with plenty of storage. No water in the room and we didn’t see any water filling stations - which is disappointing for what we paid. There’s loads of sun loungers and a lovely heated pool - we had to pay a deposit of 40 euro for pool towels which I think is a bit much I’m sure guests staying in this hotel are not looking to steal the towels - haven’t experienced this in similar hotels elsewhere. We were half board - food was ok - breakfast was best but we never tried dinner. Overall the location is great - the staff are lovely and the pool areas are really nice!

Summary: The hotel and grounds are beautiful. My first room was exceedingly average - aging decor, smell of ?old cigarettes lingering, some mould in shower. I reported in the morning that there was an issue with the shower water going hot and cold, reception staff were really helpful in upgrading my room which was much better. However, there were ongoing issues with shower also in new room not being very hot - I must have made seven phone calls in total to reception.

Summary: Absolutely beautiful settings and the staff cannot do more for you! The only thing that I haven’t experienced before being all inclusive is that you have to use the same pool towel for the duration of your stay unless you pay €1 per towel per day to change it. Other than that highly recommend

Summary: Amazing hotel everything was perfect apart from the food options, wouldn’t recommend if you hate fish, aswell as breakfast isn’t the best variety it’s the same thing every day.

Summary: Lovely maintained gardens around the hotel and scenery next to the beach in general - great sea views from the Privilege room. Nice dining (buffet) area outdoor and indoors (El Jable restaurant). The pools were great. Very happy with our stay (1 week).
