Positive: The room was not cleaned. The bedsheets weren't changed. The elevators were noisy so that it was herd even from the room. The breakfast was very good

Negative: There is a general air con in the house that starts in the morning and ends in the evening. Its not that loud but it was bothering me a little. Otherwise it was a superbe stay.

Positive: A spacious hotel located right in the heart of Ku’damm, Berlin—very convenient for families. The bathtub was great for the kids, and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful.

Negative: The hotel is under-maintained and no longer resembles the photos. Many of the facilities feel old, with cracked and broken wood in the room. The bathroom had some mold and ceiling cracks, and overall maintenance could be much better.

Positive: I truly recommend this hotel for families with children. We had the room with a separate bedroom and a kitchen annex - a wonderful solution when you have the little ones with you. Kitchen was very well stocked. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the location next to a metro station and a short walk away from the Berlin Zoo and the Tiergarten park perfect.

Negative: Everything was good, nothing to complain about.
