Positive: The accommodation was exceptionally clean and we were please with the shared space kitchen and lounge which was very well equipped. There were cereals tea coffee etc left for guests to use which was a nice touch. The manager and family live in which was good as we had an incident with our door handle.
Negative: the accommodation details reported a private bathroom when we arrived the room had a private separate toilet and hand wash basin however the Bathroom was at the other end of the hall and was shared with up to two other rooms (5 people in total) We had not expected this> We felt that this had been misrepresented on the website. We also had an incident where the bedroom door handle came off and we were locked inside the room. Other guests assisted to get us out but it was a few hours before the manager could return and repair the door which was inconvenient
