Positive: Near our event. Very clean.

Negative: Were not able to accommodate early check in 1 1/2 hour before (they would have charged $20 fee if they had been able to accommodate). Booking or Expedia reservations not eligible for free breakfast ($10 fee for basic muffins and croissants). They gave the impression that culling extra fees was more important than good customer service.

Summary: Good location and clean. That’s it.

Positive: It was clean and nice to be able to sleep somewhere clean while in a hockey tournament so we do not have to travel. Unfortunately we did not get to sleep due to a death in our family and needed to get back immediately.

Negative: The cost of the room was unsuitable for the state of the property. This hotel needs some major upgrades. Just the decor and a few minor repairs could go a long way until an update could be made.

Summary: Sorry that is not possible, it was okay!

Positive: Ok room. Clean. Bed was ok.

Negative: Was a bit noisy but but it was the last room they had so I guessing the leave the loudest room for last. I just heard doors closing loudly. Like a main exit or something.
