Positive: Room was beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Negative: Room was loud- could hear the traffic even though we were on the 12th floor. Room was also very cold, and we could not increase the temperature above 72F.

Positive: The staff was very friendly and warm. We were greeted by name and everyone went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. While sitting at the rooftop bar looking over the city, a staff member even came over and started pointing out areas of interests and gave us a brief history of the area. As we left the hotel that evening, he went out of his way to acknowledge us.

Negative: There was nothing that could have been better. Everything was wonderful.

Summary: Our stay exceeded our expectations. This is our new go to destination.

Positive: Everything. We were warmly greeted and the entire staff was exceptional. Our room was great and the amenities were great. We ate breakfast on the 20th floor with wonderful views, great food and a great staff.

Negative: Water pressure was a little low in the shower but that was not a big deal.

Summary: This was our first stay here but we are planning our next stay.
