Summary: There was no air-conditioning in our room. I booked the hotel based on the understanding there was air-conditioning. The desk clerk said there was only air-conditioning on the third floor which was sold out. The staff did provide a fan and lots of free water. Other than the heat, the hotel was fine.

Summary: A great spot in a charming town in France. The staff was helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean. My only negative was that it was a heat wave in France during my trip and while there was a fan in the room, there was no Air Conditioning, so it was very hot.

Summary: A perfectly OK hotel in a lovely town. We were travelling around in a convertible car with a soft top so we were attracted by the on-site secure parking; but it was unavailable owing to a faulty door which was under repair. It didn't matter too much as public parking was available in an adjacent car park - but it might have done! The only material criticism, unrelated to the accommodation but worth a mention, is the restaurant; we ate there and it was poor. Lacking flavour, tiny portions, and pricey.

Summary: Overall I would recommend this hotel which has comfortable rooms and is conveniently located to explore this interesting town. Staff were all pleasant and very helpful. The restaurant food in the evening was delicious. However breakfast was disappointing. It lacked healthy options other than eggs. All the cereals were processed, including the ‘muesli’, bacon & sausage were overcooked & greasy, even the yoghurt was sweet. Such a shame given the high standard of food in the evening. Would have given top marks otherwise
