Positive: Staff was awesome!! 👍👍👍👍 The bed was surprisingly very comfortable!!

Negative: Seems management is cutting cost .. stay 2 nights and its almost impossible to get extra coffee and sugar. They gave only a few packets of sugar. If guests are there for a few days maybe give enough for that time. I bought my own coffee and will bring my own sugar next time. It's the small things that count. Also, it seems they renovated rooms using the cheapest contractor possible. The wood work was terrible. As a woodworker myself the errors jumped out at me!!! As a big person the toilet was bad. Should be upgraded.

Positive: The tiki huts around the outdoors were a great added touch. The rooms were amazingly clean and updated! Staff were excellent all bilingual which our family is 1/2 English 1/2 French. They answered all questions gave recommendations exceptional all around. I’m pretty sure my 4 teenagers emptied your vending machine haha but it had everything we needed and more!
