Summary: In my opinion this wasn't a 4 star hotel, but rather 3 or 3.5 at most, everything was very average. The entrance and lobby wasn't so welcoming, the room had only one small wardrobe, no shoe rack, TV was from like 10 years ago, the bathroom was clean but only one shampoo for both hair and body?! Breakfast was very disappointing, the 4 star hotels I've been to had proper buffets with a variety of omlettes, here they only had average scrambled eggs.

Summary: My room was a nice size as I had chosen a corner room so I had lots of light. The bathroom was nice as well. The items in the fridge are free so it was nice to have a juice. The breakfast was well done with plenty of options and fresh cut fruit. The area is good for being able to see the sights but very busy and into the late night. I could not hear in my room.

Summary: Within easy walking distance of Vieux Port and most of the main tourist attractions. The room itself has all the essentials. My boyfriend and I stayed here during Christmas and New Year's, so adding breakfast to the reservation came in handy especially when other places were closed. We had one minor issue when our key card wasn't working, but the staff were very helpful with letting us into our room when we needed it and trying to get the issue fixed quickly. We enjoyed our stay!

Summary: Location is amazing. It can be choosen even just for the breakfast, very delicious and satisfactory breakfast. Rooms are small but okey.

Summary: Great location to walk around. Little difficult if you are trying to catch an Uber. Hotel is nice.

Summary: Great location in the centre of town on the La Canebière and a few hundred meters to the harbour. I had some issues with external noise due to high winds being on the top floor that stopped me getting any sleep and an AC duct that fell in to the room but the staff were quick to rectify things and I was moved to another better room. Things happen, its the way the team responds that makes the difference.

Summary: Very close to the old port area of Marseille, a very quick easy walk to get there. The hotel staff were very friendly, excellent overall. I would not hesitate to stay here again or to recommend it to anyone else.
