Positive: nice hotel. clean, comfortable. good breakfast. table tennis and table football. excellent location, very close to ski lift.

Negative: slightly dated decor, but I don't mind that.

Positive: Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms. Very friendly staff Location in the village and views Good breakfast Had two evening meals which were excellent Free crazy golf ! Daily cleaner - the lady i had most days was very thorough and very friendly (sorry didn't get her name). Dining room staff were friendly and helpful particularly Antonio (hope that's correct)

Negative: No air con or access to a fan, rooms were uncomfortably warm. Advised to keep curtains closed which shuts out the view when in the room and is then airless Hot drink facilities in the rooms would be excellent - to enjoy the view early in the morning or evening with a drink on the balcony. My room the bathroom was very small especially the shower area and floors slippy when wet. Step out to balcony also very slippery. Hotel advertised as having 'modern amenities', but only had very small tv and unreliable Internet. Our European plug adaptors which we've always used did not fit, not sure if you can advertise what your socket is (?? not standard European, my son a medical device needing plugging in? Rooms at the back are overlooked by the Glacier Hotel which was off putting to sit on the balcony.

Positive: Mediocre breakfast, coffee was pretty bad The only real quality of the hotel is the location: Walking distance to the Diablerets cable car

Negative: This hotel needs an upgrade, it must have been decades since there was any meaningful maintenance done. Very hard beds Room, bathroom, restaurant, the whole place needs to be brought into the 21st century

Positive: Very nice position, wonderful view from the balcony, friendly staff, good breakfast, easy parking on site, minigolf available for free.

Negative: Bathroom was smelly, we got one double bed for 2 adults and an 8 years old child (sofa available but not set up), limited dinner options.
