Summary: Nice location, good price, very friendly English speaking staff. The series of beaches to the right from the hotel is very nice, particularly if you walk for ~20 min, no need to drive far.

Summary: A very simple and fairly basic accomodation, but comfortable, with all the facilities we needed. The location was great, 2 minutes to the beach, and about 10 minutes walk to Sainte Luce. Bit disappointed that any change of linen was at a cost (only a few Euro, but...). The desk was manned very sporadically, and their English was only marginally better than my french (OK thats as much my fault). Fortunately our son was nearby and was able to pick up thekeys for us, otherwise I am not sure how we would have got into our room, as we didnt arrive until after the reception was closed. It wasnt too well advertised how to get in touch with anyone. Generally though, we very much enjoyed our stay, and would use this hotel again if we were to return

Summary: We did not know that there was a running/jogging/walking path for a few miles right by the water. You pass 7-10 beaches along the way - all of them lovely. Sainte Luce is about a five minute walk from Douce Vague. Living quarters at Douce Vague are clean, comfortable and functional. Staff is helpful. Some English. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
