Positive: Breakfast was ok. My room was tiny, the safe didn't work, there was something on the wall with 2 red lights that looked like eyes watching me at night - never discovered what it was for.

Positive: The communal areas were excellent, the service from the staff was superb, they could not do enough for you suggesting were you might like to go to see the main sights and were always available if needed, good food menu in the bar area. Nice to have a machine for cold water, sparking water free to fill bottles. You could also get a quick light breakfast if you did not want a full breakfast. The rooms were very clean and well kept, although the room we had only had a very small window, which meant you always had to have a light on.

Negative: The room we had was dark due to the very small window. Which I sometimes feel is a problem when booking rooms via booking.com

Positive: On site car parking. Staff very helpful. Good facilities. Hotel clean and bright, with a well thought out layout. Good bar which sells pizzas if a quick meal is needed.

Negative: Slightly away from main centre of town. Cleaning of the room was missed on one day.

Summary: Very pleasant stay in lovely hotel. Helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Positive: Hotel is very nice and modern. Room is nice, very clean and comfortable. Receptionist was very friendly and kind. Great value for money if you don't need parking place.

Negative: If you are searching for hotel with parking, be sure you contact them book it in advance since they have very small and limited parking garage.

Positive: The staffs ar very welcoming and friendly. The size of the room is very spacious and the location wise is good. the shops and restauarnts are in walking distance. The staffs were very helpful in giving out information about the neighbourhood and the safety. It was a very smooth service throughout while I stayed here.
