Positive: I LOVE this boutique hotel, have been staying here twice a year over the last 2 years. The staff is incredible, the place is cozy and charming, the area is great, it is very easy and convenient with the train around the corner. It is clean, modern, safe! JUST LOVE IT and recommend!

Positive: This wasn’t our first time staying here — we keep coming back because we love the location and the neighborhood. The lobby and breakfast area are cozy and beautifully designed. We really appreciated the quality toiletries and the breakfast, which had very good produce. The rooms are small but cozy, with comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Negative: Although the staff were friendly, they weren’t very helpful in one situation. We left early in the morning and returned around 4pm, hoping to rest for an hour before heading out again, but the room still hadn’t been cleaned. Unfortunately, while we were trying to nap, housekeeping came by, saw the “do not disturb” sign, and left — which meant the room never got serviced. I understand the sign was on, but I didn’t expect our room wouldn’t be cleaned by late afternoon. It was especially disappointing since it was my husband’s birthday and we didn’t want to deal with that inconvenience. When we stayed a couple of years ago, the service felt more personal, caring, and attentive, so this time was a bit of a letdown.

Negative: The rooms are quite small and due to design lack privacy at times Our sliding bathroom door would stick meaning you had to leave it slightly ajar and thereby lacking privacy The shower situation was unusual however once the curtain was pulled it was ok
