Located just across the street from the beach, this custom-built home offers breathtaking Gulf views from nearly every room, and it's one of the few homes on the island with a private heated pool!
This newly built home, designed with no detail overlooked, sleeps 12 guests comfortably and delivers beach living at its finest. As you step inside, the spacious open-concept living area welcomes you. The enormous chef's kitchen features high-end cabinetry, countertops, and appliances, while the separate wet bar with an ice maker, wine fridge, and soda fridge makes entertaining a breeze. A large laundry room and half bath are also conveniently located on the main floor.
Step out onto the wrap-around deck to take in stunning Gulf and Sound views while dining or relaxing. This deck offers the perfect spot for watching the waves or simply enjoying the ocean breeze.
Up one flight, the king-sized primary bedroom offers its own private west-facing deck with views of the Gulf and Sound. The en suite bath features a gorgeous walk-in shower, dual sinks, and a separate water closet for ultimate privacy.
Down the hall, you’ll find a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a private en suite bath with a tub/shower combo. Additionally, there’s another king bedroom and a queen bedroom with a Jack and Jill bath between them. For the kids, the fifth bedroom is a dream, with 2 sets of bunk beds and a spacious play area. All bedrooms come equipped with flat-screen TVs, and there’s no carpeting anywhere in the home.
Outside, your private heated pool awaits, with ample lounge and dining seating, a grassy area for the kids to play, and a separate fenced-in beach sand area for building your own sandcastle. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a group of 10 (4 small grandkids) that just completed our 1 week stay at Gulf Sound on June 22. We all had a great time and my 4 grandkids did not want to leave. It doesn't happen often when expectations are thoroughly exceeded but in our case everything truly exceeded our expectations! The location was ideal, just a very short walk (half a block, if that) to the beach. The view of the gulf was amazing and the wrap-around porch was something special. Our private pool was a nice change of pace to the beach. The pool was crystal clear, the pool area spotless and our small grandkids preferred that to the beach. The nicest surprise was the overall cleanliness of everything. I can't overstate how clean and well-stocked the place was. Another nice surprise was the elevator that was perfectly situated and was not even listed in the unit's description. It was a life saver!! We all loved the game room with some serious ping pong action always going on. Another nice surprise was the ground floor locker with all kinds of beach gear and beach chairs. We thought we'd have to buy or rent them but they were their in abundance. I can't speak highly enough about the management staff. They were there on site as we got to the unit and were extremely helpful before and after we arrived. If it sounds like I'm being hyperbolic or exaggerating I assure you that every member of our group agrees and I already booked the same unit for next year. I highly recommend this beautiful rental house.

Summary: They stay was amazing and everything you’d need is there. The only thing that surprised me was in fact the house was not fully open - meaning the property suite was OWNERS and made the place a little less friendly. Overall a great stay!
