Summary: We were so delighted to spend a week in Forever Grateful! We had family and friends together, and the many bedrooms and bathrooms worked out well for our large party. The kitchen had two dishwashers, two sinks, two hidden trashcans, and was stocked with lots of dishes. The screened-in porch became the favorite place for shared meals. We asked that the saltwater pool be heated to make it more comfortable for our grandson and others. The pool was shaded in the morning, and we loved the way the living areas looked out over the pool and beach. Our family staying in the upstairs bedrooms with the balconies facing the beach were thrilled. Royal Destination was very responsive to any concerns. For example, the rubber seal inside one of the dishwashers came loose, but they were quick to repair it. We were glad to have the outdoor shower and separate hose to use to wash off when returning from the beach. The one downside concerned the three umbrellas and six chairs on the beach that we had been told were a part of the house package. Almost every day, the attendant picked these up way ahead of the 5 p.m. time we had been told was the pickup time. The company representative who handles these umbrellas and chairs told me that they had to start early to get home! The beach area became crowded next to and behind our chairs with people coming through the public access next to our house and did not have the private or spacious feel we thought would accompany this property.

Our first trip was a girls trip and then this time we brought the husbands along. We love this house, all of its amenities, and the location. Our only complaint was the check in time being at 5:00pm. We thought that we may be able to get in a little earlier if the house was ready but the cleaning crew was there until 5:00 on the day of our arrival. You feel as though you lose a day of your vacation by not being able to get in earlier. Most places have a check in time of 3:00 or 4:00pm.
