Positive: The property was in an idyllic location. The gardens down to the river were beautiful. The house was very convenient inside, and also close to sites we wanted to visit. The quiet neighbourhood was appreciated also. Everything inside and out was really pretty.

Negative: The beds were narrow and not adequately supportive. No side tables near beds. The recliners in the lounge didn’t work, it would have been nice to put one’s feet up. Also a few more utensils and pans in the kitchen would have been helpful

Summary: Would recommend to others seeking calming nature while still close to site

Positive: Well equipped kitchen, with some seating so that meal prep could be social. Spacious main reception room with a big dining table, and big comfy armchair and sofas, with a huge smart Tv. 4 comfy double beds. Two nice showers. Humongous garden, not often you can go for a walk in a back garden! We had a great time

Positive: Highfield home was a nice, clean and cosy stay in a residential area. We enjoyed the stay.

Negative: We didn't stay in guildford home as there were some issues with the accommodation at the last minute. They offered stay in another accommodation in different place but we had to change all our travel bookings and plans. Not much places to visit nearby.

Positive: It was a very nice and clean house.Check-in and out was easy.

Negative: There were couple of spiders in the bedrooms. In a rural area close to nature it is understandable but the spiders were quite big and we really didn’t want to sleep with them. So we had to collect them in a glass and take out into the garden.

Summary: It was a great stay with a minor issue but I would definitely recommend staying here. The staff was also very friendly.
