Positive: Fabulous, stylish, VERY clean, comfortable and welcoming apartment in a fantastic location. Easy access and easy to find. Got the code for the door sent through email and kept informed. Very easy to check in and out. The owner was very polite by email and text and responded reasonably quickly. The quality and design of the decor and furnishings were excellent. Has everything we needed for the night's stay. We loved being able to have a home away from home. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend it. Thank you so much. Would 10/10 recommend.

Negative: The bed was very small for us (queen size) as we are tall 😁

Positive: The location was great. A bus line was available just outside the door. Lots of parking available if you have a car. It's a short drive to groceries and other shops. Easy access to downtown Edinburgh. The apartment was clean and comfortable for the most part, nice neighborhood. First floor apartment was handy, if you're ok with road noise. The pull out couch and beds were comfortable.

Negative: There was only one hand towel and one bath towel provided for each person for 2 weeks, which meant we HAD to do laundry. No other linens provided if we wanted to use the pull out couch. The sun rises at 4-4:30 AM in May-June and there were no black-out curtains in the bedroom...this was a big miss. There was no dresser in the bedroom which made storing items for the 2 wks we were there challenging. No outlet in the master bathroom - not sure why. There was no wall mirror in the main bathroom so that was challenging and no towel racks in any bathroom, so nowhere to leave wet towels. Overall, storage here was lacking and small revisions could have made this stay much more comfortable. Lastly, we only had one key for both of us, which meant lots of regular fussing with the lock box in the locked shed outside when we didn't go out together.

Summary: If you're going for a longer trip ask for additional linens and storage.

Positive: The property was clean and well appointed. It had all the features listed and there is a bus stop into town directly out the front. It is also a 10-15 min walk to the hospital down the road.
