Positive: Hey! Just got back and it was better than I expected! The studio had everything .... decent beds, strong AC, and a full kitchen. Lots (like really lots) of storage spaces...clean and modern too, felt really cozy from the moment we walked in...It’s in between Usera and Legazpi, which is such a nice and safe area... literally next to a big supermarket (El campo) and mall (Also Mercadona a little further) , so grabbing stuff was super easy. Transport was a breeze: bus stop just a block away to Plaza Mayor, and the metro station was close too. After long days out, it was so nice to come back to a quiet space. Check-in was smooth (all self-service) and they had 24/7 support through the app, which made me feel really taken care of. If you’re ever heading to Madrid and want a comfy, well-located spot, I’d totally recommend it. Great value !

Negative: At times, cars passing in front of the studio can be noisy but nothing crazy. Walls are not very well isolated. You can hear the shower next door.

Summary: Very good base for exploring Madrid!

Positive: The apartment is in a nice location, just a 20/30 minutes bus ride from the centre. The studio feels modern and cozy.

Negative: Unfortunately, there are several issues with the apartment that made the stay less enjoyable. First, it lacks some basic essentials such as soap, kitchen towels, cooking oil, spices and coffee, which makes it inconvenient to settle in without purchasing them yourself. Additionally, being on the ground floor means you can hear people passing by, which affects the sense of privacy. The most frustrating aspects, however, were the unreliable Wi-Fi (making it difficult to work or stream) and the shower, which only stays hot for a few minutes before turning cold.
