Positive: Comfortable, clean, safe apartment. We like walking so the stairs were ok for us (helped to balance the pastel de nata 😉). Great value.

Negative: Sensitive hotplate, kept alarming. We didn't actually use it, but just when wiping it down.

Negative: The cleaning. There was literally curly hair everywhere. In the shower, on the floor in the bedroom..I don't think the flat was cleaned at all before we arrived. At least 100% it wasn't hoovered.

Positive: Great location in the Alfama area. Terrace seating was great, although the weather was a bit cold to sit out there. Had everything we need for a two night stay.

Negative: The next door guests sat right outside our window smoking and talking, which felt a bit intrusive. However, they were very friendly people.

Positive: Excellent location and clean apartment . Nice outdoor seating area with good view of Lisbon. Very secure and quiet.

Negative: The bed pillows were lumpy and didn't fit well into the pillow cases so were uncomfortable to sleep on. As there is no room service more bath towels should have been provided. We had 1 bath towel each for 4 nights stay , as it was raining during our stay ,we had no way of drying them.

Negative: I little minus point is .. the bathroom is such nice and everything is working.. but there is no heating system in.. so that’s pretty cold in the room and the stone floor in this times .. outside 16-20’ degrees
