Positive: Pleasant location, ideal for what was required, easy access and next to a park

Negative: Upon arrival there was 17 degrees in the room, not exactly welcoming! No possibility to use the radiators but the was an AC unit that could be used as a heater, without instructions for the remote control, should have been pretty simple to operate but not as any other I have at home or other stays in properties elsewhere. After setting the temperature and waiting sometime nothing appeared to change, upon which I searched online for an instruction manual for the AC unit, just a small detail ( providing an instruction manual or written indications ) could have made the stay more pleasant. I advised the host that I preferred not to add my documents online and that I would check -in in person upon arrival given a time too. shortly before arrival I was sent a message stating that the reception would be closed and given indications for self check-in, would have expected to be advised that the reception was closed at the time I sent the orignal message explaining my preference for the check-in procedure. Contact via whatsapp was also rather intermittent! Shower head in the bathroom not on a tight bracket hence it moves alone and water disperses everywhere.
