Idyllic location on the Central Coast. 15 minutes to Pismo Beach and the Outlets.
Short drive to Santa Maria, San Luis Obispo, Moro Bay, Avila Beach and many more gorgeous locations.
Deep in wine country. An abundance of restaurants and local bars just a minutes drive away.
Our Guest House is fresh, bright and welcoming!
Open plan kitchenette/living room. Everything you need to feel at home. Coffee is provided as well as fridge, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, waffle iron and a Keurig coffee machine, there is no stove.
Living room with *upgraded* sofa bed , TV, Roku smart device, Xbox and DVD player as well as lots of family board games to enjoy.
Bedroom features a Queen bed with closet, including TV with smart Roku device, DVD player, hangers and a Pack N Play crib (upon request).
A washer and dryer are also in the house and free to use.
We have also included a hairdryer, plus iron and ironing board. Towels and all your essentials are provided.
The guest house is situated behind our main house with access from the side of the property. The yard is shared with us, but the patio is solely for the use of our guests. You will find a charcoal grill on the patio- for the use of our guests only (charcoal not supplied).

Summary: I like how comfortable everything was and it was very welcoming. The host was very helpful and if I had any questions. She answered them. Overall, would highly recommend staying there!

Summary: The house is very private in a very nice, new and quite neighborhood. The little patio was beyond perfect at night to hang out and look up at the stars. All amenities worked perfect, and the host was very nice and helpful.

Summary: It was a really good quiet ,clean and affordable stay! A few minor issues with the mattress * I think it needs to get replaced* and we weren't able to use the bedroom TV because It wouldn't connect to anything and we couldn't even watch normal TV because signal kept crashing * not the host fault I think is the area* other than will stay again if we are ever around the area.

Summary: This is a wonderful cottage at the back of the host's property. It's set back twenty feet or so from the main house and has its own entrance. The interior is beautiful and has just about everything you need. Jane, the host, is incredibly accommodating, communicative, and kind. Expect a lovely stay!

Summary: Located in a quiet new neighborhood just outside of Santa Maria. Separate building from the main house. Very private and quiet, So you don't bother your host or the neighbors. We stayed over during the week so did not experience any events at the nearby racetrack. Easy access to the highway so you can get anywhere north or south pretty easily. Jane was great. Texted before check in just to check on our progress. No overnight Street parking so make sure you follow the instructions about where to park.

Summary: The guest house is modern, comfortable and contemporary with lots of space for 2 people. Check in was very easy. The location is a residential neighborhood - a vehicle is required as there is not much walkable nearby.
