With vineyards, avocado fields, wildlife and the ocean in view, this house is the perfect getaway spot for your family vacation. You will be tucked in the beautiful hills of Nipomo on the central coast of California, only 12 miles to Pismo beach!
The property is very much in the country but still very close to town. You will see wildlife here! Our brand new outdoor area feels like a resort experience with a 12 person hot tub, a walk up bar, ambient lighting, in ground propane fire pit, a very serene waterfall and beautiful landscaping. (this comes at no extra charge to you if you made your booking after July 22, 2025.)

Summary: The house was great. We were 12 total. Everyone enjoyed the stay,there was plenty of room for everyone. Host provided all the essentials. When we stayed in other locations we would have to purchase all the paper towels toilet paper ,not enough towels

Summary: The home is as decribed and hosts were available and easily accessible. The house was bigger than expected and clean upon our arrival. Location was great and about 10 minutes away from big shops and restaurants. The pool was a BIG hit since it rained most of tbe days we were there. Home was fully stocked with appliances. Kitchen tools, and toiletries. We had a minor issue with one of the TVs and Kim made sure to come over and fix it immediately. Would definitely return to this home!

Summary: This is a great house with plenty of space for several families. We enjoyed sitting on the outdoor deck and the kids loved the indoor pool. There is a large kitchen perfect for meal prep and lots of different spaces to hang out.

Summary: Our group of 12 (six adults and six small children), spent a wonderful weekend at this relaxing getaway house. The house is quite roomy and while the dining room is small for a home of its size, there’s a lovely outdoor dining space that was better for accommodating large groups. A few minor quirks that you would expect from a well-used rental were addressed quickly by the owners, and several thoughtful touches (games in the living room, board books by the changing table, large bean bag by the bunk bed) were a nice surprise.

Summary: Overall we were very happy with our stay! The house was huge and had more than enough room for our whole family. The owners were quick to respond on any questions about the house. The instructions were clear and simple to follow. The pool and spa were great to hang around in. Would definitely stay again and recommend it.

Summary: This home was everything and more from the photos. The views are breathtaking and the house is much bigger than we expected. The hosts were incredible to work with and the process was smooth from beginning to end, even with the holidays and rain. We can’t wait to go back!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
