Summary: Great little guesthouse off the beaten path in iceland between western fjords and snaefellsnes peninsula. Rooms were super comfy. They have a shared kitchen that you can cook in.

Summary: This is a truly unique & beautiful guesthouse in a tranquil location. Thora is an incredible artist, chef and warm host. I enjoyed my stay there immensely.

Summary: Best guesthouse experience in Iceland. The location - by waterfalled cliffs and the bay - is beautiful, in an entire country of beautiful locations. The guesthouse itself functions also as an art space, which you can see in the entry hallway as well as in the design / decor of the place. The service is excellent - Thora and Sumar are wonderful hosts (and great gardeners) and Hubert was exceptionally welcoming. Also, notably eco-friendly - e.g., the food they serve they grow in their own greenhouse and/or source it locally, they compost, etc. Was the most peaceful time I had in Iceland and would absolutely stay here again.
