Positive: In a fantastico position absolutely not crowded with people. The road to reach the house are the most beautiful i have seen in iceland. I was lucky and could enjoy sunny days and wonderful sunsets. The host were wonderful with me and my daughter and it was really a pleasure to Meet them. I am sure i will come back to this place because it was the place my heart enjoyed the most. Absolutelly full of fantastic energy. And we absolutely loved the dog

Positive: The location! Best for northern lights! Host was kind. House was very clean. Loved the hot tub overlooking the ocean! House is in a remote location and close to Hofsós for groceries and only 40 min for the bucolic town of Siglufjordhur.

Negative: Nothing!

Summary: Great stay on north coast. We would come again just for potential aurora experience!

Negative: Shower very small. No WIFI in room (one of the ensuite rooms). No breakfast for additional payment was available. You may want to confirm with host whether the option to buy breakfast is available, or else bring your own food. Kitchen is well equipped.

Positive: It is a very nice place in the middle of nowhere. It is quiet and beautiful. In June, you have a view of the sunset for many hours. The guesthouse has a very well-equipped kitchen. Also, you have complimentary fresh coffee in the morning. The host was nice and friendly. We asked for our clothes to be washed (for a small fee) and by the time we left, all of our clothes were nice and warm. A friendly dog lives there.

Negative: The sun shone so bright directly into the room, so it was extremely hot inside. We should leave the door and all windows open till late night. Also, the bathroom is tiny and without proper ventilation
