It was a pleasure for us to give new life to this house long abandoned. She now enjoys the comfort of our time, without losing the charm enhanced by exposed beams, fireplaces tufa stone, tiles of his Rairies and its timber.
It is designed to accommodate 4 to 5 persons.
On the ground floor is the living room: living room around the fireplace, dining area, kitchen and staircase that leads upstairs.
1st floor: a bedroom with a bed of 160 and a bathroom on the landing.
On the second floor the second bedroom with twin beds.
In the outbuildings:
A room called 'BBQ' with a large fireplace - a French billiard room - another table tennis room, and especially for the delight of a large playroom with electric train children, table football, playmobiles, library, putting mat for golf, board games etc ...
The walled garden and flowers is available, with chairs resting, garden furniture, barbecue house.
You can park your car in the yard of the owners, on the back of house.

Summary: One of the best places i've ever stayed! The house was huge , full of space inside and outside, we enjoyed the garden, the play room, the ping pong and the lovely rooms. Gabrielle and Jean-Jac made us feel at home. Lovely!us

Summary: We spent a week staying at this fabulous Gites hosted by Gabrielle and Jean-Jac. The property was simply outstanding. A charming, period property set in an idyllic area. It's rustic charm was simply breath taking. Gabrielle and Jean-Jac have literally thought of everything you would need to make there Gites a real home from home. But what made our stay so memorable was the way in which our hosts were on hand to help and advise, but allowed you absolute privacy, despite living alongside them. Nothing was too much of a problem and they welcomed us with open arms. The local area has everything you need within close proximity (although the village of Marce doesn't have its own Boulangerie) but local shops where a ten minute drive away. Simply put, this holiday was delightful, hosted by a wonderful couple and we cant wait to return.

Summary: We enjoyed three nights here on our way through France. The property was so pretty and had everything we needed. We especially loved the garden to eat in of an evening. Really quiet and private.

Summary: This beautiful gite is originally from the 17th or 18th century with beams and shutters and has been updated so it is very comfortable. The beds are beautiful with quilts and bolsters and the gite is beautifully decorated with lots of pretty touches. The garden is fantastic and so quiet and peaceful. There's an amazing playroom for children plus separate billiards and table tennis. Lots of lovely places to visit in the region including Angers and Saumur. We stayed for a week but could have stayed longer. Thank you Gabrielle for the lovely cake and warm welcome.

Summary: This is the most beautiful place! I adored living in the village so close to Angers with all the peace of a country village. Her gardens are spectacular and so was the home. It has all the wonderful French charm one would like in a French gite. It was well equipped with all you need and the town was so quiet and comfortable. Gabrielle and her husband are a delight and I hope to stay with them again on my next visit to the area. I loved it!

Summary: We had a wonderful week staying in this gite. It was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Gabrielle and her husband were very friendly and we received a warm welcome despite arriving at past 10.30pm due to a delayed ferry crossing. Our teenage boys particularly enjoyed the table tennis room and my husband enjoyed relaxing on the sunlounger under the open-air 'barn' roof in the garden which was truly beautiful.
