Positive: This guesthouse is the best in my life. SAMAN family is so warm and welcome to me.When I arrived at here,they gave me a tea, some cookies and chocolates.Next day, I ordered for breakfast and it was amazing.Almost everything is come from their garden, which means so organic and healthy.My favorite is homemade jam!! At the night, it was very quiet and comfortable to sleep well. They always treated me as a daughter. My dream is to have own guesthouse for tourists, so SAMAN guesthouse is my best teacher ever.This respectful hospitality should be passed down and I will do. It's fun to visit a few landmarks around here but for me, just staying at the house and spending time together is also definitely good memory for you. I hope a lot of people come to stay here and share happiness each other, an owner and a guest.

Positive: Very friendly couple. The hostess prepared a nice small dinner and they offered me fresh cherries out of the garden. Everything was very clean, a modern bathroom.
Negative: Communication without Armenian or Russian language was a bit difficult. No breakfast option.
