Positive: Great price to quality ratio. The apartment itself has a great location near Ginza and Tsukiju. Nothing special but okay for the money. It really depends what kind of room you will be allocated in, because the entire building is a rental property and for the first stay we was at a better room.

Negative: It wasn't very clean. The terrace was so dirty, I guess it has never been cleaned. And make in mind the check in is after 16:00 and no one will give you permission to enter earlier than 16:00

Summary: Great place, but a bit dirty and with a late check in after 16 o'clock

Positive: The room was an ok size but offered plenty of facilities. The attendanct was very pleasant and helpful, and the room itself offered a pretty decent view. The facilities themselves offered a fair amount and the room itself was comfortable enough.

Negative: The bed was a letdown for this accommodation and found it difficult to fit 2 full sized adults comfortably. We were a little further from public transport than we would have liked. The room layout could offer more.
