Positive: Owners were lovely and very helpfull

Negative: Thought that the bedroom could have done with a bigger bed as it was just a small double. However, this is more personal preference. Sofa was not very comfy.

Positive: Location- near to family. Breakfast included. Tea and Coffee provided. Car Parking next to house. Good communication from Neil the owner.

Negative: Curtain rail not fixed in living room it fell down when curtains first drawn. No mattress cover.Towel rail in bathroom falling off (wrong rawplugs used) likewise toilet roll holder downstairs. Bedside table missing (holes in wall). Bedroom lights one bulb not working. Would be nice to have a Tea towel and or Kitchen roll.

Summary: Nice stay just a little TLC would make it perfect.

Positive: Lovely property, well kept and well stocked, in a nice quiet area of Basingstoke. Main bed was very comfortable. The bed setee in the the living area, not so comfortable, but fine for a short visit. Host was lovely and very helpful. There was tea, coffee, milk, and breakfast which was a lovely welcome. . We would stay again. The car parking space, was a bonus. Thank you.

Negative: Unfortunately, the property had recently had a leak , ( fully understand these things happen). It meant there was a bit of damp and so the smell of damp was quite strong especially in the lounge. Once this issue is resolved, it will go from being an excellent accommodation to being a superb property. This issue would not put us off staying again, as it really is a lovely place in peaceful location.

Summary: Lovely property , comfy bed, good host and good location.

Positive: It is a perfect place to stay if you have a dog, lots of dog walking areas around the property. Nice and quiet even though you are in a large housing estate. The owners are easily contactable if you have any problems.

Negative: Only one little thing is that there is no TV in the bedroom, but it is only because I am used to having one..

Positive: The house was in a perfect, quiet location even though it's in the middle of a large housing estate. There are plenty of green areas around perfect for dog walking. Every part of the house is lovely and clean, and the bed is really comfortable. Lastly, the hosts were very easy to contact if you have any questions or need anything.

Negative: The only thing I missed was a TV in the bedroom, that's only because we have one at home.

Positive: To begin, with the host was constantly checking on what we needed and if everything was up to standards. Anything that I asked or needed they replied really quickly. The house was SUPER clean and they had prepared us breakfast sandwiches as asked which was delicious. The house was super cosy and warm throughout the day and night and the lockbox was easy to get the key from. It had loads of amenities such as a fresh bottle of milk and water along with slippers and towels. They even had toothbrushes and things that you would expect at a bounce hotel. I would stay here again after having an excellent sleep. The person who slept on the sofa bed also said it was very cosy because it was close to the radiator so it was nice and warm also with the bed being laid out kindly by the host. It was also handy for having its own parking space with the house that I could use and the area was nice and quiet. It's also super close to a Tesco express. The host also let us stay a little longer for checkout since no one had booked the next day which I thought was very kind. My mum also left her glasses by accident and we didn't know and they were quick to send it over to us and let us know. Overall an excellent stay!

Negative: The door can be a bit stiff to get into but once you get the hang of it, it's okay. The tv wasn't working, I think there was a problem with the connection? However, did not mind as it may just have been an off day. If I messaged the host they would have been sure to sort it out but just to note.
