Positive: Very nice host, trying to be helpful. This is a new separated house in their family courtyard, with few bedrooms and includes a common guest area for separate shower and toilet, both very clean. I warmly recommend it as an option to support local tourism development. The conditions are in line with the photos and the price.

Positive: We couldnt ask for a better place. The room was big and had a enormous common space, where we could spend time. There was also kitchen area where you can prepare meals and make tea. Everything is super clean. I really recommend it when you come to Saty. The hosts also arrange transport to the lakes. Breakfast was very good and served on time

Positive: Really tasty breakfast and super cute host!! We booked a trip with them to Kainy lake for 17k KZT (it’s cheaper than the “taxi”)

Negative: Only one bathroom for at least 10guests makes you wait.

Positive: Spotlessly clean with modern facilities and a small but suitable breakfast

Negative: Expensive considering you share a bathroom and it is located in the village of Saty, which in itself has nothing interesting to offer aside from its proximity to Kolsay, Kaindy and Chery. We stayed at Kolsay Lake Town (at the Kolsay Lakes) for 24,000 per night including a superb breakfast. This property was bad value compared to that. Also, the older lady who runs the accommodation is controlling, bordering on rude, over electricity and kitchen usage

Positive: Location is nice, the host is nice but also easy to get angry

Negative: Only 1 shower and 1 toilet. Didn’t feel like staying in the house, more like staying in the army place because there are a lot of rules, and you will make the host angry

Positive: -The place was so clean & the owner so kind & helpful -She’s old Mom 🧑 but so active , especially with new technology using booking & contacts the visitors -I would say yes she deserves to stay with her again -Including breakfast 🍳 and she’s good cooker & her food nice

Negative: -Sharing flat with bath & toilet + kitchen But all was good & clean 🧽

Summary: Thanks yo the old generation & hard work , well done

Positive: Only the location was good.

Negative: The owner of the property was very arrogant. Not helpful at all. The food was the worst.Infact there was nothing. Very limited hot water in that chilling weather. They have only one common bath and toilet for 4 rooms with an occupancy of ten, which was disgusting. Families will have tough time. Will not recommend for Families.

Positive: Very comfortable beds, and the staff were friendly. The location is awesome. Its easy to get to both Kaindy and Kolsai lakes. There are shops nearby to get items.

Negative: There could have been one more toilet. There was only one for everybody and it took us some time to get ahead for the day.
