Positive: The host are very nice and friendly. They even offered us a big slice of the sweet melon for each of us. They even helped to clean the wheels of our luggage before bringing in for us.

Positive: Nice quiet place, located quite in the middle between Hakodate Station and the Ropeway base. And midway between the two seasides. So we walked to all those places, except when going to see the red monkeys. The place was well kept by the owner.

Negative: The corridors to get to the bathroom and to the toilet were quite cold, and we consider that distracting, though bearable. Also the surprising need to wipe our baggage rollers prior to entering to maintain the cleanliness of the house floor and carpets. It's a good thing actually but there may be a faster way to do it especially considering that we had just arrived from Wakkanai (an over 9 hour train ride).

Positive: The hosts were lovely, met us at the apartment when we arrived to give us keys and a tour around the house. We were welcomed with a lovely fruit bowl and some information about the Christmas event happening at the time The hosts helped us organise Christmas kfc and the best ways to get to the airport as well as giving us a lift to both kfc and the airport bus station The apartment had everything you could need and was exceptionally clean and comfortable

Positive: The owners were very welcoming and the apartment was very comfortable.

Negative: I think the shower taps need to be adjusted a bit. They were a little bit finicky to set the temperature.

Positive: The hosts were very friendly and responsive. Gave us fruits on the first day! Location was walkable but due to the cold, we drove. Parking wasn't an issue. Free parking outside the place. Host came to clean our trash every day.

Negative: no place to hang dry our bath towel. The big folding metal bed occupied the whole wardrobe obstructed hanging coats

Positive: The homeowners Hajime and Yuko were helpful and attentive, they were trying their best to communicate with us in English. They also gifted us a delicious melon! The house is within walking distance to the tram stations, and there's a convenience store just around the block. The housing area was quiet as it was away from the main roads. Overall we had a great experience staying here.

Positive: Very sweet elderly couple who owns the place. Very welcoming and hospitable. Gave us pastries and honeydew as a welcome gift. And when we left, gave the kids little momentos. Location was great. Very short drive to many of the main attractions. .

Negative: The layout of the mattresses was a little awkward. It was difficult for the people sleeping furthest in the room to get up and go to the toilet at night without disturbing the rest
