Summary: because of above forces we had to leave sooner than planned. but the impression of this short stay was nice: kind, clean, peacefully, near to tourist attractions and grocery store. everything you need if you do not to cook all your own meals. We read previous reviews so we planned to eat outdoors. I wold say there is a kitchen niche with all basic staff.

Summary: we were there with 5 persons (3 adults 64,62 and 26 and two little children almost 2 years en just 2 month). The apartement was nice, the kitchen is rather small but the rest is really nice. You can realy feal at ease at this accomodation it is quiet, clean, safe for little children and you feel welcome. there is plenty of room outside, the swimming pool is great for little children. Nature is nice, the city Gubbio is lovely. Great stay.

Summary: A marvelous place isolated upon a hill with a 360º view. Woods around, deer, hares and tranquility under a sky that, in the night sparks with stars, without light pollution. You may even prefer to remain there than visiting some of the woderful cities or mountains (as Monte Cucco) nearby. In fact it is a good place to rest. Being 3, we took a house for 4-6. Clean and comfortable, but just for 4. The kitchen is too small and without much room to work, but ther rooms and bathrooms are perfect. Great reception but maybe we missed some details we usually find in other houses (some cookies, a bottle of wine or local sausages). It might seem not important but you do appreciate it when you get it. 9,25/10.

Summary: Breathtaking views from the whole property, which was very well maintained and super clean!! The owners, Guido and Flavia, are very nice and kind hosts. Also Tamara, the concierge, is very kind and helpful. For people who want to do extensive home cooking, the kitchen may turn out a little too small, however, there are a lot of nice restaurants in the area! We will definitely stay there again. Summary: The property was really beautiful, situated on a hill across the valley from Gubbio. The Apartment was very comfortable and charmingly laid out. The lady who ran it spoke very good English and was very helpful. Just one problem was that catering facilities were quite basic with only two gas rings and no oven or grill, which meant that meal planning was restricted. However, we had a wonderful stay and would stay there again.
