Positive: The bed was comfy, room spacious with everything we needed. The location is great as it was in close proximity to a few local restaurants, KFC, McDonalds, 7/11.

Negative: It could have been a bit easier to get the shuttle.

Summary: I would recommend the hotel and the staff were very accommodating

Positive: I was impress about when I open room's door and put the card in card holder. the curtain was open and show view of building (decoration with light) So bueatiful, Staff at front welcome me with smile and fast of check in. at 5th floor has washing machine for self laundry. if you have continue trip you can prepare yourself here. Before the date of arrival I text to the hotel about something I bought and need to send to hotel by my name then I collect it in time. when I check in staff give me that goods that I order Thanks for their service mind. and driver of shuttle bus. (midnight of 22/1/2024) he so kindness thanks for holding my luggage and my box before I'm go inside airport. Shame on me that I felt sleepy ,So I did not take any photo here.

Negative: first time I thought that location might be close of Airport for walking there but that's alright Hotel has shuttle bus to send or pick up you between hotel and Airport.

Positive: voice controlling is cool! besides, it does provide comfort that lots of the other hotels miss. being that close to T2, it is actually quiet and we didn’t have to listen to toilets flushing or conversations from neighbours. the room has its own cooling and heating system. and the staff are so helpful! they gave us a free lift by a very clean private car just for us two! travel from the airport to the hotel can be highly troublesome
