Positive: The hotel and hotel grounds were beautiful and perfect for a night or morning walk. It had many restaurants which was very convenient when you check in late or don't feel like looking for a place to eat. we only tried one of the places, but the food was very delicious. The location was good as the bus stopped right in front of the hotel. For the metro you had to walk a bit further which can be troublesome when you have trouble walking. The staff were very kind. Very accommodating and helpful going above and beyond. Unfortunately most of the time communicating in English was a little difficult, but Chinese is no problem. The room was spacious and tidy. The room service made sure we had everything we need and were very welcoming to us. The down side is that many guests we stayed with on the same floor were smoking even though it is a non-smoking hotel. All in all we loved the hotel, the location and the staff who helped us were exceptional!
