Positive: The apartment is absolutely beautiful, well decorated, comfortable and clean. It was the perfect place for us to spend a long weekend. The area is gorgeous and my husband had a wonderful time running on the hills whilst I cosied up in this lovely little bolthole.

Positive: Instructions were clear and we got the lockbox code before we arrived. The key lockbox was pretty easy to operate. We had no issue unlocking it and find the key. Beds, linens and towels were clean. The place is located up on the hill. Surrounding neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. The nearest grocery store is just 9 minutes walk.

Negative: One set of keys wasn't quite enough for a big group of us though. Digital lock might be easier for us. Also, we found it a hard time to get the glassy door locked - either the lock wasn't functioning, or that 7 of us lacked the skill to do so?

Summary: A great, quiet place to stay near Malvern Wells. Just 7 minutes drive from Malvern town centre.

Positive: Really spacious and clean property, clear instructions from the hosts. Great location.

Negative: The noise from the people upstairs was unbearable. The noise of them moving around and banging started around 5.30am each morning of our stay and made it impossible to sleep (even with ear plugs). Think the hosts should consider some sort of additional sound proofing as seems to be consistent feedback from other reviews. Also a strong smell of damp on arrival (but the apartment was very clean).

Summary: Great apartment but noise issue would put us off returning.

Positive: Clean, nicely and tastefully decorated with good, comfortable furnishings.

Negative: The bath/ shower unit in the main bathroom was quite high sided making it a struggle for my wife to get into. She resorted to using the shower unit in the second bedroom as an alternative.

Positive: The apartments were ideal for a big family with spacious lounges and well-equipped kitchens. The outside space was useful. The area was very pretty.

Negative: Only the lack of an extra surface in one of the bedrooms upstairs, for makeup and toiletries.
