Summary: Good location to get to the the london stadium, managed to park right outside very friendly host hazel nothing was to much trouble for her ,service with a smile, fry up in the morning was tasty , bed was comfy and toilet all clean, The b and b is a qwirky place with plenty of chracter. After the football hazel treated me to a celebration beer sorry westham, I would definitely stay again and will look forward to coming back in the future.

Summary: Our host was beyond incredible. She made our stay one of our favourite parts about our trip! This is the most genuine English B&B experience you have ever wanted. I cannot recommend anything higher than this. It is cute, quiet, comfortable, and accommodating here with easy access to Forest Gate. You won't forget your stay here, that is for sure.
