Splash into your private saltwater heated pool, large living and dining areas, two en suites (master + room w/ private entrance), a vast green yard, shaded patio, and sun loungers. Perfectly situated for large groups: backyard has a BBQ, giant jenga, cornhole, and ladder golf. Shuffleboard in TV room. Enjoy a 1.5 mile walk along the canal to "hole in the rock" geological site. Ping pong table in the garage. Quick 2.4 miles to Old Town Scottsdale. Less than 1 mile to restaurants and shopping.
Guests love the fact there are LOTS of bathrooms and 9 cozy beds to choose from (3 kings, 3 queens, 2 twins and a pullout queen sofa bed). Enjoy your vacation and your space too! There is no detail left behind with thoughtful placement of full-length mirrors, luggage racks and full kitchen amenities.
Attached en suite with private entrance and bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. Large master with private bathroom features twin sinks, shower, and additional Jacuzzi tub.
Massive 120 gal hot water heater ensures your large group is very unlikely to run out of hot water.
Bachelorette groups, bachelor groups, golf groups, etc are welcome! No house parties or house events. Sixteen people maximum at the house. NOT A PARTY HOUSE! Guest booking must be at least 25 years old. This home is in close proximity to neighbors and noise is not tolerated. Outside noise and music must be kept low during the day and no outside music or noise at night. This is not a good fit for you if you want a place to be loud outside. Please be respectful, the neighbors will call the police if you are loud and you may be fined and Airbnb may cancel your account.
