Positive: Nice roomy space. All rooms a decent size. Well stocked bathroom and kitchen; I guess the latter mainly things people left. Good location to walk to all the main local sites. We didn't need to use the car once to get around town.

Negative: Needed a little attention. A couple of lights didn't work, one might have been part way through a refit, and although clean on first look a few signs that it could be better (eg things underneath cushions) For everything that was in the kitchen it was a bit odd there was no coffee machine of any sort (even more odd that there were some pods in the cupboard).

Summary: A good choice, would be even better with attention to detail.

Positive: Size and layout. The bath towels were reasonable quality and appeared fairly new.

Negative: The property has clearly been well used with all furnishings pretty tired, handle missing from fridge door housing, blind at kitchen window not working, coffee table chipped, leather sofas worn (although very comfy). Minor frustrations such as no hairdryers at all throughout the property, no tea spoons, mismatched crockery, one of the spotlights in main bathroom coming loose, light shades needing a good dust down - a bit ‘fluffy’.

Summary: Apartment is pleasant, but absolutely no outlook and has the feel of a student accommodation.
