The open floor plan of the condo keeps all the family together. Large living space flows easily into the kitchen and dining area and the doors out to the deck. The king bedroom and the second bedroom are situated at the backside of the condo away from the parking area.

Summary: The condo was very comfy and in a great location. We enjoyed that part very much. I didn't give five stars due to the online listing indicating there was room for boat and trailer parking and then the owners changed their minds after we had booked and paid. This may sound petty to some reading this review, but taking our boat to the lake was the sole reason we booked this location. When we asked if they woukd make an exception for this one week, they reiterated "no boat or trailer parking." They updated their online listing two days before our departure.

Summary: The location is convenient for the tram station and within walking distance to the lake and river. The house itself is serviceable and suited our needs well. One thing I would like to see if we stay again is better explanation on how to control the heat, and fireplace.
