Summary: I loved my stay here! I really liked having a window on the back wall. Bed was comfy and the room was quite spacious. Staff was exceptional!

Summary: Great place to stay in a great location. Love the walkability. The onsite mini golf and ice cream add so much to the stay. We have stayed twice now and will be back. The sound proofing is not the best in the hotel-like portion of the chalets so take war plugs if you are a light sleeper.

Summary: Our stay at Eagle Cap was far better than anticipated! What a lovely staff, in a beautiful place! I appreciated the kindness and enthusiasm from each person I spoke to. The room was comfortable, the amenities were nice, the coffee in the cafe was excellent, and the surrounding area, lake, tram, and nearby town were fantastic! We’ve already decided this will be an annual trip for our family.

Summary: Check in was easy and quick. The staff was very friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable, had everything we needed. This was a quick stop on our trip but we plan to go back when we can stay longer. Beautiful place to spend some time.

Summary: Great location and the ice cream shop is a great addition
Douglas Jul 5, 2026 02:33:15 AM
Summary: This is the second time we've stayed here and the rooms are nice and the hotel staff is attentive. The one big drawback is the amount of parking they have. We ended up having to park by the front office and hike to the top of the hill to get to our room.
