Summary: The house can accommodate a large group easily. We could not have asked for better weather. The biggest disappointment was the area of Lake Huron. If you are looking to run and dive into Lake Huron this is not the place. The bottom here is all rocks that you cannot walk on. Thank goodness we brought with us paddle boards which are grand children rowed around on.Goose poop was everywhere on the property.Maybe time of year for them! Outside could use a good power washing. Being together is most important. Would not rent again because of Huron area. Property management easy to work with.

Summary: There were 18 of us and never felt crowded! Lots of room and plenty of games to keep everyone busy. Tiki bar was great and little ones loved playing in the sand. Having 2 kitchens was a bonus. Refrig in game hut was great also!

Summary: We had 16 people stay at the property and had a truly wonderful experience. The house is surrounded by water making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. It also felt secluded even though there were houses nearby. Me and my friends and family are board gamers and there was plenty of room to spread throughout the house to game. There is even a game room that has 2 pool tables, a ping pong table, plastic hatchet throwing and a small putting green! The downstairs area has its own kitchen making it feel like two different property's. Also there are big picturesque windows that face the lake. The owner of the property (Joseph) was quick to answer our calls when we had a question and a pleasure to work with. I am a harsh critic and I have to say that this property is a 10 out of 10 and can easily accommodate a group of 16 people. It is literally the best property I have ever stayed at!

Summary: We stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate a friends milestone birthday. The house gave us so much space for 10 adults and everything was great! The weather was not the best so we couldn’t enjoy the outside as much as we had hoped, but plenty of things to do in the game barn! The beds, pillows and couches were so comfortable! The house had all the things we needed to make multiple meals. We had some trouble with the grill (propane issues) and the house could have been cleaned a bit more throughly, but it didn’t ruin our time at all.

Summary: This place is gorgeous and spacious. The pictures don’t convey how much room there is and how picturesque the view is looking out onto the lake. They provided lots of little amenities that some places don’t provide, which was a welcome surprise. Very well maintained and would definitely rent again in the future.

Summary: Amazing property with a beautiful private beach and crystal clear lake water. Not to mention the tiki bar. The only thing missing from thinking you're in the tropics is a palm tree! We had a group of 14 and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was very clean and the property manager was quick to respond. I would definitely refer friends and family to this property.

Summary: Pictures don’t do this property justice. The location and view are amazing. Lots of little touches that made this a wonderful experience. A welcome basket, bathroom toiletries, beach toys, the owner has put a lot of work into making this a great stay. Would definitely come back again!

Summary: Beautiful home and location for a fun filled family gathering. Plenty of space to spread out as well as large spaces to gather together for games and meals. Clean and fresh home. Out door activities were great!

Summary: The house is beautiful and the setting picture perfect. We were a group of 13 adults and 5 kids. We enjoyed having the beach in our backyard and loved having the game barn! Also enjoyed cooking out and sitting around the campfire. The house is close to a couple of cute small towns for a little shopping and of course we had to visit the Grindstone General Store for one of the largest ice cream scoops in Michigan! It was a great time for our family. FYI - the house is actually 7 bedrooms with an open loft with a bed. The loft is the access to the bathroom on this floor and the windows are beautiful but no blinds or curtains so early morning sunshine shines right in and sound from the main floor floats right up.
