Negative: Bed was softer than used to, scone light didn’t work, heat was not controllable and the room was very warm for most of the night

Positive: It would have been great if there are options for vegetarian. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It would be good if there are more activities we can do there at this season. The sweet treats and coffee were very welcoming to our late and cold arrival.

Negative: There isnt much we can say to this as we did not stay too long.

Positive: I love how quaint it is and the amenities that come with it. Our room was comfortable and was decorated with a cute Christmas tree. The breakfast was delicious as usual.

Negative: Wish there was a small fridge in the room.

Positive: The server at breakfast was outstanding. Food was plentiful and taxty. Thanks for the ftesh fruit and drink options!

Negative: Shower lever needs plumber's attention. Tub floor was unsafe--,no rubber mat and no grab bars.
