Positive: Central location, best restaurants close to it, very close to all sites of interest, you can get metro/trams from here to any where you wanna go… staff are super helpful and very friendly , available for service in a whim… due to exceptional circumstances we couldn’t check out n till midnight and the waited for us to let us in.. everything about this place is excellent… will definitely rebook next year

Positive: Beautiful, freshly renovated bright room. Comfortable bed and pillows. The location was nice and quite calm.

Negative: There was no protection from outside sounds in the room. When someone walked down the hallway, it felt like they were walking right next to you. I was actually scared a couple of times that I forgot to close the door.

Positive: Amazing, kind staff going out of their way to help. Fabulous rooftop bar with an absolute star of a waiter who totally made our last evening. Nice, clean, spacious rooms. Great location close to the station, restaurants and mountain trails. 11/10 recommend

Positive: We absolutely loved the apartment, it was cozy and comfortable. The location is great as well, felt safe even at night. The hotel staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful - thank you!

Negative: The bathroom wasn't very clean and the faucet was leaking, the rest of the apartment was okay.
