Summary: We LOVED this place. It’s gorgeous and clean and very well kept up. But the best part beyond everything was the staff. So friendly!!! We can’t wait to come back.

Summary: Grenadine House is a beautiful colonial mansion turned into a fine lodging. Perched on a hill, there are wonderful cool breezes and fantastic views. The staff is incredible, so friendly and knowledgable. The bar/restaurant has great food and drink. The rooms are spacious and classic looking. And I just loved reading a book on the veranda.

Summary: The swimming pool is open to families not staying at the hotel so it can be noisy and, as it is small, no room for hotel guests. The food is good but very expensive. There is very little choice on where to eat in the evening in Kingstown. The hotel is atmospheric and a good place to spend a night.

Summary: The rooms and staff were as good as last time, but room 23! The kitchen extractor fan is connected outside to the room wall, and when the fan is running the wall acts as a “speaker diaphragm” and you are treated to an acoustic torture! I asked when it was to stop and told 9:30pm ‘ish, at about 9:50 I asked if it could be switched off. At 10:30 I went to the kitchen to get it turned off, and it was. Room 23 is not in my opinion a hotel room but a torture chamber.

Summary: Staff was great. Stayed 3 nights making 3 separate reservations as my wife was in the hospital. Selected the $22 option for continental breakfast the first night. Found out continental breakfast is always included. Optional hot breakfasts are less than $22. Don’t order on Expedia.
